Note, after checking a box to sign up for a shift, you must scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Sign Up To Volunteer" box.  If you do not immediately get a confirmation screen, then you are not signed up for a shift.

All volunteers at the Youth Site must pass a background check.  In order to perform the check, we will need your Date of Birth, your legal name, and any previous legal names.   After choosing a shift, please enter this information in the spaces at the bottom of the form.   You'll be notified after your background check is completed.
All volunteers at the Youth Site are also "Mandatory Reporters", which means we are legally obligated to report child abuse to the proper authorities.  If you are unsure as to what this entails, please click on this link to visit /https://www.oregon.gov/dhs/abuse/pages/mandatory_report.aspx
